How Indephr works

Indephr follows a simple and structured workflow that allows you to move from collecting feedback to taking action:

  1. Create a survey — build your survey manually or use the AI assistant to generate questions based on your topic

  2. Add recipients — add individuals or groups who will receive the survey invitation

  3. IndepHR distributes automatically — survey emails are sent from IndepHR, not your organisation, so recipients feel safe to respond honestly

  4. Responses are collected anonymously — individual answers are never visible to survey creators or managers

  5. Report is generated using AI — once the survey closes, IndepHR automatically processes all responses and produces a structured report

  6. Human review before delivery — a designated Report Reviewer checks the report for anonymity, accuracy, and language quality before it reaches you

  7. Review results and take action — write an action plan based on the findings directly inside IndepHR

  8. Share summary with participants — send a summary back to respondents so they see their feedback led to a real outcome

  • Report — the analysed summary of all responses, generated automatically by AI once the survey closes

  • Report Reviewer — the person assigned to check the report for anonymity, accuracy, and language quality before it reaches you

  • Action Plan — the steps you create after reviewing the report to show participants that their feedback led to a real outcome

  • Summary — a high level overview of the report findings and action plan that is shared back with survey participants to close the feedback loop
