Creating a Survey
The Create Survey page is where you build your surveys using either AI assistance or a manual approach. This section is designed to give you flexibility—whether you want to quickly generate a survey or fully customize it.
How to Access Survey Creation
You can create a survey from two places:

From the Dashboard → Click the “+” (Plus) icon in the Recent Survey section

From the Surveys section (header menu) → Click the “+” (Create Survey) button

Once clicked, you will be taken to the AI Survey Assistant page.
AI Survey Assistant (Starting Point)
When you enter the survey creation flow, you will first see the AI Survey Assistant.
This is an interactive interface where you can:

Describe what kind of survey you want

Answer a few guided questions

Let AI generate a structured survey for you
How AI-Based Survey Creation Works

Start by typing your requirement (e.g., employee satisfaction survey)

The AI will ask follow-up questions such as:

Purpose of the survey

Target audience
-
Key focus areas
-
Expected outcomes
-

Provide responses step by step
-
Once AI has enough information, it will generate a draft survey

Click on “Generate Survey”

You will be redirected to the Survey Builder page with generated questions
Editing AI-Generated Survey
After generation, you can:

Modify questions
-
Add or remove questions
-
Change question types
-
Update descriptions
AI gives you a strong starting point, but full control remains with you.
Option B: Manual Survey Creation
If you prefer to create a survey from scratch:

Click on “Manual Survey” (top-right on AI Assistant page)

You will be redirected directly to the Survey Builder page
Survey Builder Interface
This is the main workspace where you create and edit your survey.
Adding Questions
You can add questions using different types:

Open-ended → For descriptive answers

Multiple Choice → Select multiple options
-
Single Choice → Select one option
-
Rating Scale → Rate on a scale (e.g., 1–5, 1–10)

Ranking → options based on preference
Select the question type from the left panel and configure it.
Question Configuration
For each question, you can:

Enter the question text

Add a description (optional)

Set answer formats (e.g., rating scale type, emoji/star rating)
AI-Assisted Question Recommendations
On the left side, you will see an option for AI Recommended Questions.

AI suggests relevant questions based on your survey context

You can:

Select a suggested question
-
Replace an existing question
-
Add it as a new question
-
This helps improve survey quality and saves time.
Organizing Questions with Topics
On the right side, you will find the Topics section.

You can assign questions to topics (e.g., Work Environment, Management)

Add new topics if required
This helps in:

Structuring your survey

Better analysis in reports
Additional Actions

Preview Form → View how your survey will appear to recipients

Save → Save your progress
